Easy And Enjoyable No Sugar Cookies

You may be wondering what is the point of no-sugar cookies, after all cookies are supposed to have sugar, right? That is not an option for people who live with diabetes. Because a person cannot have sugar it does not mean that they cannot have a delicious coolie once in a while that will not affect their health in a negative manner. Of course sugar is out of the question, but what to use then?

First thing you have to do is eliminate the ingredients that affect you the most and those are sugar and white flour. Wheat flour can be used and it will make great cookies. There are butter and oil substitutes that are made of dried fruit which are already sweet by so that means that you no longer need the sugar. Use nuts or raisins on your cookies to add some flavor and you will have some of the best no sugar cookies that you have ever had.
